Cancellation and Refund Policy

 The company hereby provides the Member a FREE LOOK period of 48 hours from full and final payment of the whole package charges as opted by them. During the said free look period as applicable to the member, if the member wants to rescind their subscription form then on such request by the member, the company shall forfeit 20% of the total membership/package charges. However the said FREE LOOK Period is not applicable for the defaulter members who did not make his/her membership full payment as applicable. Thus the company hereby recognize the Member as a defaulter and thereby the member voluntarily opted for cancellation of all the services from the company and cannot held liable to the company for his/her own default.

Provided that in order to enforce the FREE LOOK period by the member, they need to avail a vacation as per the terms and conditions of the subscription form and the same has to be communicated through the official email ID of the company (info@madissonindia.com ).
